Air and Marine Family Foundation  Membership Information

If you are an Air and Marine Operations (AMO) employee, retiree or current contractor supporting the AMO mission, you are cordially invited to become a member of the AMFF online community. This membership is only available to individuals from the three categories above. The membership subscription is divided into two cost categories, agents/retirees ($100.00) and non-agent/contractors ($75.00). Both options require an additional one-time setup fee of $25.00.

 

The annual fee is considered your donation to AMFF and  will be used to directly support AMO personnel and/or their families. If you are interested in continuing, please see the information below.

What membership options are available?

There are two types of memberships, AMFF Members and AMFF Auxiliary Members.

NOTE: Under the bylaws of the AMFF Charter, only individuals who are employees or retirees of CBP AMO and associated legacy organizations are eligible for benefits.

What is a membership?

A membership is simply another method of donating to the Air and Marine Family Foundation with the intent of supporting AMO Family members during times of need.

What does an Annual Membership Cost?

The annual membership for AMO Agents and Retirees is $100.00. The annual membership for non-agents and current contractors is $75.00.

Annual Auxiliary Memberships are $75.00.

Who Can Become a Member or Auxiliary Member?

AMO Employees, Retirees or Current Contractors are able to become a member.

All non-AMO members who are sponsored by a current AMFF member and are passionate about air and maritime security and the individuals conducting these missions, are welcome as auxiliary members.

What Do I Get from the Membership?

By becoming an AMFF member, you not only gain the personal satisfaction of knowing that you are directly supporting fellow Air and Marine Operations (AMO) family members in need, but you also receive a firm commitment from the AMFF. We promise that the funds you contribute through your membership will be utilized for a worthy cause, directly benefiting the AMO Family. This includes past and present members of Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Operations division of as well as current contract employees. Your membership is more than just a contribution; it is a vital part of ensuring the well-being and support of our entire community.

Why Are There Differences in the Membership Costs?

The membership categories were developed to recognize pay differences in an effort to attract as many individuals as possible. All of the funds deposited into the AMFF Account will be used to support the AMO Family. The more donations and AMO members we receive, the more we will be able to provide to those in need.

What is Expected?

Once you are approved as a member we expect you will sign up for the appropriate annual plan.

You can cancel your membership at any time and will not be required to pay any additional annual fees. If you do not sign up for a membership plan, you can still donate but your login access will be deactivated.

How Do I Apply for an AMFF Membership?

To become a member click on the "I Would Like to Become a Member" button below and submit the Request Membership Form. In addition to your contact information, you will also be asked to verify your AMO employment/affiliation. Once your employment/affiliation has been verified, your membership will be approved. You will receive an email link to create a password for your account. When you have successfully logged in, return to this page and click on the "I Am a Member - Select Appropriate Plan and provide your membership donation. You must be logged into your account before you are able to select a membership plan.
